I’m a holistic nutrition consultant — and I also know firsthand what it’s like to feel exhausted, reactive and drained despite doing everything “right.”
For a long time, I assumed the answer was to try harder: more discipline, better habits, more effort. Some things helped briefly, but the fatigue and reactivity always came back. What finally shifted things wasn’t pushing — it was learning how to support my body’s natural rhythms.
Lasting energy doesn’t come from fighting your body. It comes from helping it feel oriented, supported, and safe enough to do what it already knows how to do.
I specialize in working with people in midlife who feel drained, foggy, or reactive — even though they may be sleeping enough and taking care of themselves. My work focuses on circadian rhythm, nourishment, hydration, and stress physiology, woven together in a way that’s practical and grounded.
My approach isn’t about rules or overhauls. It’s about gentle, sustainable shifts that help your system settle and respond — so energy starts to feel steadier and more reliable again.
